Installation and Use
  1. All parts must be installed by a qualified professional mechanic. Improper installation can lead to performance issues or vehicle damage.
  2. We are not liable for any engine, vehicle, or component damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to tune the vehicle correctly.
  3. Certain products, such as downpipes, may cause a Check Engine Light (CEL) or fault codes. This is a known result of modifying emission-related systems.
  4. We are not responsible for any CELs, engine management issues, or vehicle malfunction resulting from these modifications.
Warranty Disclaimer
  1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products are sold “as-is” without any warranty, express or implied.
  2. We do not guarantee performance gains, compatibility, or legality in the UAE or any other jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
  1. KHH PERFORMANCE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or installation of our products.
  2. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
Intellectual Property

All branding, product designs, and media on our website or marketing materials are the property of KHH PERFORMANCE and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
